RETURN POLICY:

At Bijoux Couture, we have designed and manufactured every item with the highest quality and fit standards. We want to ensure that your pet absolutely enjoys his or her shopping experience and will continue wearing Bijoux Couture products for a very long and happy lifetime. To support this satisfied shopping experience, we offer a 15-day guarantee under the following guidelines:

1. If an item is received damaged or defective you must advise us within 48 hours of receipt.
2. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Bijoux Couture. You can access this RA form by clicking here:  Returns received without this information cannot be processed.
3. All Returns must be in original condition.
4. For your security, please return your products with an insured carrier and retain your receipts. Bijoux Couture is not responsible for any returned items lost in transit or for return shipping fees.
5. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
   
    

PAYMENT METHODS:

• We currently accept payment through PayPal for all purchases. PayPal allows members to have one personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for quick and easy payment.

• Orders are processed in currency of final destination country.
• Money orders must be received before we can ship your order.
• Personal cheques must be cleared before we can ship your order.
   

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Bijoux Couture ships orders within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. We ship via Canada Post Expedited, which normally takes approximately 5 business days within Canada and up to 9 business days to the continental USA. All shipping fees will be invoiced as incurred.
• If you need rush shipping please contact us with your preferred shipping method and we will bill the corresponding costs.
• Any order amount that exceeds $250 before taxes will be shipped prepaid via Canada post Expedited parcel.
• Any Federal, Provincial or State taxes will apply at all times.
• If you order multiple items and some of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped as per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. An e-mail notifying you of any delays will be sent.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant tracking information.
• Undeliverable packages, which require reshipment at the customer’s request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or incorrect information on the part of the customer.
• Payment via cheque or money order must be received before shipment is made.
  
  

SALES TAX:

Any Federal or Provincial sales tax will apply as necessary.
